Lookup, validate and verify BIN and IIN numbers of any debit or credit card by accessing the card’s registered details in our BIN list. The bank identification number (BIN) is the first 6 or 8 numbers of a debit or credit card number. The BIN is also known as the issuer identification number (IIN). Our database records the bank's name and the bank's country. The l-company.info database also checks the type of card and other details.
Our BIN list database is highly accurate, with global coverage. We frequently update the l-company.info database and cross check it with several sources to find up to date 2018 information. Our BIN list database records many millions of BINs and IINs from 208 countries around the world. Enter any BIN or IIN in our search box to find the exact match, and check the card's information stored in our BIN number list checker.
COUNTRY BASED SEARCH FUNCTIONS ARE CURRENTLY BEING UPGRADED FOR FAST RESPONSE TIMES. THE COUNTRY LIST WILL RETURN SHORTLY. ALL OTHER BIN-search FUNCTIONS ARE OPERATING AS NORMAL AND AVAILABLE.
The credit card, debit card or prepaid card number on the front of the card is called the Primary Account Number (PAN). The PAN can be anywhere between 10 numbers to 19 numbers long. The PAN digits are pressed into the back of the plastic credit card and debit card. This make the number appear raised on the front of the card. Many credit card issuers also print the first 4 digits of the IIN and BIN on their credit card. These 4 digits are placed beneath the PAN as an added security measure.
The details registered to an IIN and BIN are used to help identify potential security breaches or identity theft. The purchaser's details can be cross checked against the information in our BIN list database. A fraudulent transaction may be occurring when the billing address and the issuing country of the card are different. A l-company.info search can easily identify such transactions and may help to avoid chargeback hassles.
The PAN contains several groups of numbers. The international standards document called: ISO/IEC 7812 describes the different parts of the PAN. Each part of the PAN contains different types of information. The information can be about the bank or the card's owner. However, the BIN and IIN only record information about the companies that gave out the credit or debit card. Each BIN or IIN will record the card brand, the bank name, and the bank's country. Each BIN and IIN also records the type of card. The BIN list number / IIN list number will also identify a credit card or a debit card.
Your BIN and IIN data entered here are safe, as we do not store or view any data you enter. See our disclosure statement for more information.
